VENUS Plastic Industries, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company is a part of VENUS GROUP based out of Tamil Nadu, India. This is the manufacturing wing of VENUS Group and was established in 1989 by our Founder Late Shri B.S.Veerabadra Pillai.
Venus Plastic Industries is one of the leading manufacturers of High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) Pipes, Permanently lubricated HDPE Optic fibre cable ducting Pipes, Linear Low Density Poly Ethylene (LLDPE) Pipes in South India. The manufactured pipes are sold in name of "VENUS", which is to ISI standards. The Company has the capacity to manufacture over 1,000 MT of HDPE Pipes annually. Our factory is ideally located in the industrial estate of Dindigul for easy access and logistics.
VENUS HDPE Pipes are made from thermo plastic polymers that enable resilient, durable, and cost - effective solutions for the conveyance of potable water, irrigation, and bore-well applications.
VENUS HDPE pipes are manufactured from 100% virgin superior grade HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) as per BIS specifications - IS 4984 & available in raw material grades PE 63, PE 80, and PE 100 in various pressure rating classes in a state of the art manufacturing facility.
Quality and durability are the areas where we never compromise. We have a fully equipped In-house testing laboratory, which ensures quality is strictly adhered to, right from raw material purchase till finished product dispatch. All our pipes are tested to conform ISI standards using various testing machines for : Dimensional check,Internal pressure creep rupture test,Longitudinal reversion,Carbon black content & dispersion,Melt flow rate,Oxidation induction time,Overall migration,Slow crack growth rate,Density,Tensile strength,Elongation at break.

The Manufacturing wing started in 1989 by our Founder Late Shri B.S. VEERABADRA PILLAI, with a vision to revolutionize the piping industry. Started as a small operation in Vadamadurai village, the company aimed to provide high-quality, reliable piping solutions for various industrial applications.

Production of PLB HDPE Pipes
In 2011, the production of PLB (Permanently Lubricated) HDPE Duct pipes began, focusing on manufacturing advanced silicon coated pipes used for protecting and routing optic fiber cables in various telecom projects.

In 2018, production of LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) Drip pipes commenced. These pipes are designed for efficient water delivery in irrigation systems, featuring flexibility and durability.
